- After opening: Transfer treats to an airtight container or resealable bag and handle with dry hands to minimise moisture exposure.

As our treats contain no artificial preservatives, proper storage is important to maintain their quality.
Freeze-dried treats naturally absorb moisture from the environment. Keeping them well-sealed will help maintain their signature crunch.

Cylinders received in GOOD condition (i.e. we can reuse them and it's not slobbery, torn, damaged, has food remnants...) grants you:

We reserve the right to reject any cylinders returned to us in poor or unusable condition.

About Joyful Journey
When Asher turned 10 in 2025, we found ourselves reflecting on the journey we've shared since he came into our lives as a six-month-old puppy. Looking back, many of our happiest memories were woven around food—celebratory meals, training sessions, enrichment activities, and the quiet daily rituals of sharing something special together.
Those reflections inspired Joyful Journey, a collection of freeze-dried treats thoughtfully created for dogs entering their golden years. Made with functional ingredients, and carefully selected proteins, each recipe is designed to support changing needs while preserving one of life's greatest joys: sharing meaningful moments together.
