Bring back your freeze dried treat cylinders in clean and good condition to us for credits!

With effect from 1st Jan 2026, cylinders received in GOOD condition  (i.e. we can reuse them and it's not slobbery, torn, damaged, has food remnants...)  grants you:

• $0.20/cylinder for all customers
• $0.30/cylinder for Better Floof Members
• $0.50/cylinder for Best Floof Members 

We reserve the right to reject any cylinders returned to us in poor or un-usable condition.

NOTE:

Bring your empty cylinders home to us at 802 French Road, #01-51, S200802. Due to space constraints, we are unable to accept returns at stockists, pop-ups, or events.
