General

Yes — every treat is made in our AVS-licensed kitchen at French Road, following the same food safety standards required of any licensed pet food facility in Singapore. It's why we can promise small-batch, human-grade ingredients without cutting corners on hygiene or process. Our Treats & Ingredients

Every treat is made in small batches using quality, human-grade ingredients only — no additives, no preservatives, no fillers. The full ingredient list is on each product's page, so you always know exactly what you are feeding.

Six months, stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigeration isn't required, but we recommend it — it helps the treats stay at their best for longer.
Once a pack is opened, keep it sealed or transfer it to an airtight container, and always handle the treats with dry hands (moisture is freeze-dried food's only real enemy).

Just add warm water or broth and let it sit for a few minutes until it softens to the texture you'd like. This is a handy way to serve treats to puppies, seniors, or pets who prefer softer food.

A few reasons:
● It's safer — cooking eliminates harmful bacteria like Salmonella and Listeria, for pets and the humans handling the treats alike.
● It's gentler on tummies — cooked meat is easier to digest, especially for puppies, seniors, or sensitive systems.
● It tastes better, naturally — no flavour enhancers needed when you start with real, simple ingredients.
● It fits how we feed — minimally processed, but always safe, clean, and nourishing. That's the whole philosophy.

Raw is common in this industry. Cooked is what feels right to us, and to your pets.

Allergies & Special Diets

We don't customise individual orders, but we do consider bulk custom requests case-by-case. Give us a call at 8028 0151 with the details and we'll let you know what's possible.

Ordering

● Add your items to cart, with any special instructions.
● Choose your delivery, shipping, or collection date and time, where applicable.
● Click 'Check Out' and enter your contact details.
● Select your preferred payment method.
● Confirm your order and complete payment.

In-stock freeze-dried items are available for next-day pickup (subject to our opening hours). Walk-ins welcome — just call ahead first, so we can confirm stock and avoid a wasted trip.

You'll get an automatic confirmation email almost immediately. Not in your inbox? Check spam or promotions first, then give us a ring at 8028 0151 and we'll sort it out.

Online: credit card, PayNow QR, or CDC vouchers.

In-store: PayNow, PayLah!, CDC vouchers, or cash.

Yes — your card details are encrypted, and we only ever see the last four digits for verification. Nothing sensitive is stored on our servers, and we work exclusively with PCI-certified payment gateways.
One important note: we will never ask for your card details over email, text, or phone. If we need to send you a manual payment link, it will always come through our official payment gateway.

Delivery, Shipping & Pickup

In-house delivery — $15 flat rate islandwide, or free for orders above $150. Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with delivery between 10am–6pm on your chosen date. Need a specific time window? Call us at 8028 0151 before ordering and we'll try to accommodate you.

Surcharges apply for Sentosa,
Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port, and other restricted areas.
Redelivery fees apply if no one is home to receive the order, unless you've authorised us to leave it at your gate.

Third-party courier shipping — $4.80, or free for orders above $80. You won't be able to choose a delivery date or time slot for courier shipping, and the driver will leave the item at your door if no one's home. We recommend against shipping
fragile items (we'll flag these on the product page).

Courier shipping typically arrives within 3–5 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Need it urgently? Store pickup (next-day collection available) is your best bet, or you're welcome to arrange your own Grab/Lalamove rider to collect from us.

Add the item to your cart — this won't confirm your order — and head to the cart page to view available dates and times. Anything unavailable simply won't be selectable.

Changes & Cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email hello@ingoodthyme.pet with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]", or call us right away at 8028 0151.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We don't offer cash refunds — cancellations are issued as store credit instead.

Yes, free of charge, as long as you let us know more than 2 working days before your scheduled pickup or delivery slot. Changes are subjected to availability of stock.

Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible — reach out immediately at hello@ingoodthyme.pet (subject: "CHANGE ORDER #[your order number]") or call 8028 0151, and we'll check whether it's already with our shipping partner.
