Product Details

Iwami Pork, a brand of pork from Onan Town, Shimane Prefecture. Iwami Pork is made from the Kenborough breed and is raised under strict hygiene control in Onan Town, Shimane Prefecture. This pork is tender, has no strong porky smell, and has a slightly sweet, delicious fat. We select only lean meat for your beloved pet and carefully dry it at low temperature to create a thin cut .

These pigs are raised under strict hygiene management and in a breeding environment. The water used for raising the fish is mineral-rich groundwater pumped up from 120 meters underground, activated in an activator to reduce the molecular structure. Onan Town in Shimane Prefecture is a highland area deep in the mountains of Shimane, and is famous for its water and rice production.

Iwami Pork's feed is primarily made up of corn and soybean meal, with optimal amino acids and minerals, allowing for the raising of healthy pigs.
