You understand that most of the products in this site are baked, freeze dried or processed using human-grade meats, seafood and other natural ingredients. You further understand and are aware that for products listed as single proteins, food intolerance, allergies, and sensitivities may still occur as the various proteins & products carried in this site are processed in the same kitchen, freeze-drying machine, etc. You understand to always supervise your pet when giving any treat and agree to always read and comply with all labels, warnings and directions before using or consuming any product listed on this site. The products on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease
Products
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our products and/or services without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our products and services. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website, but you acknowledge that the actual delivered product may vary slightly from what was displayed on our website.
Orders
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the Terms of this page. All orders placed through our site are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order and shipping price. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason.
Payment Terms
For orders placed on the Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the products , the delivery fees for the opted delivery service, and any applicable taxes within 3 working day(s) from the time your order was placed. After this time frame, we have the right to cancel all unpaid merchandised.
You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the product purchase. All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on all past due payments equivalent to the lesser of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed by law. You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorneys’ fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
Shipping
Products will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method you selected when placing the order.
It is your responsibility to ensure your address is accurate and up to date.
We are not able to provide international shipping due to the nature of our products.
Cancellation
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received once payment has been made.
Promotion
Please read the terms/rules that accompany each special offer, coupon, discount, contest and giveaway that we may offer or conduct. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated.
