Product Details
"Shimane Wagyu" is a beef produced in Shimane Prefecture. This high-quality black beef is made from fattened castrated and virgin cattle, and has twice won the National Wagyu Beef Competition, a competition to determine the quality of Wagyu beef. It has received high praise, including winning the Prime Minister's Award. They are grown slowly over a period of two to three years, and are fertilized with grain feed such as barley and corn.
