Iwami pork, raised in the naturally rich town of Onan in Shimane Prefecture, is a Kenborough breed of pork known as the healthiest brand of pork. They are raised using special breeding methods. It has no odor and is delicious and highly palatable. Pork liver is richer in protein and iron than beef or chicken.

It is slowly dried at low temperature to preserve the delicious flavor of Iwami Pork. It has a strong aroma, making it the perfect treat for training. When dried, some of the umami components will appear as white particles on the surface. There is no problem with the quality.
