Our treats come in different sizes to suit different companions, feeding occasions, and training needs.
Micro (0.5–1.5cm)
Tiny bites perfect for training, enrichment activities, small pets, or companions who prefer frequent rewards.
Mini (1.5–2.5cm)
An everyday treat size suitable for most cats and dogs. Great for training, walks, and reward-based activities.
Regular (Over 2.5cm)
Larger pieces designed for a more substantial treat experience. Ideal for bigger companions or occasions when you want to offer a special reward.
Please note that as our treats are handcrafted, slight variations in size and shape may occur.
Because our treats are made with different proteins, ingredients, and shapes, their texture can vary from one recipe to another.
Gentle Bite: Breaks apart easily with light pressure. Ideal for puppies, senior pets, smaller mouths, or those who prefer a softer crunch.
Crisp Bite: A light, satisfying crunch with moderate resistance. Suitable for most dogs and cats.
Firm Bite: Denser and more robust, with a longer-lasting crunch. Great for pets who enjoy a heartier bite.
Every pet is different, so if your companion prefers a particular texture, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to recommend a suitable treat.
- Before opening: Store sealed packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
- After opening: Transfer treats to an airtight container or resealable bag and handle with dry hands to minimise moisture exposure.
- Continue to store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- For optimal freshness and to best preserve the treats' appearance and quality, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator or a wine chiller.
- Please refer to the expiry date printed on the package or container.
As our treats contain no artificial preservatives, proper storage is important to maintain their quality.
Freeze-dried treats naturally absorb moisture from the environment. Keeping them well-sealed will help maintain their signature crunch.

Cylinders received in GOOD condition (i.e. we can reuse them and it's not slobbery, torn, damaged, has food remnants...) grants you:
- $0.20/cylinder for all customers
- $0.30/cylinder for Better Floof Members
- $0.50/cylinder for Best Floof Members
We reserve the right to reject any cylinders returned to us in poor or unusable condition.
