Quantity limit set at 2 packs per product type per customer to allow for more field researchers to participate. For example, you can get 2 Sweet & Sour Pork, 2 Moonbeam Munchies and 2 Morning Dew packs, but NOT 4 Sweet & Sour Pork or 3 Morning Dew packs.
Any orders found flouting this rule will have their excess packs cancelled and the amount refunded in store credits. We thank you for your kind understanding.

What's in every sampler:
Two to four sizes of our classic freeze-dried treats, packed together:

● Mini & Micro — for training, where every second counts
● Crumbs — the perfect meal topper
Your job (and your pet’s) is to try each one and report back. Tell us which size they love for training. Which one disappears fastest at dinner. Which one makes them do the happy spin. We read every response. And the results will directly shape our next menu offering.

- Before opening: Store sealed packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
- After opening: Transfer treats to an airtight container or resealable bag and handle with dry hands to minimise moisture exposure.
- Continue to store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- For optimal freshness and to best preserve the treats' appearance and quality, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator or a wine chiller.
- Please refer to the expiry date printed on the package or container.
As our treats contain no artificial preservatives, proper storage is important to maintain their quality.
Freeze-dried treats naturally absorb moisture from the environment. Keeping them well-sealed will help maintain their signature crunch.
Bring back your freeze dried treat cylinders in clean and good condition to us for credits!
Cylinders received in GOOD condition (i.e. we can reuse them and it's not slobbery, torn, damaged, has food remnants...) grants you:
- $0.20/cylinder for all customers
- $0.30/cylinder for Better Floof Members
- $0.50/cylinder for Best Floof Members
We reserve the right to reject any cylinders returned to us in poor or unusable condition.
